Vietnam Industries Building Services Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Smart Building Solution Joint Stock Company (IBS) was founded in 2006, specializing in consulting solutions, technologies and supplying technical services for the buidling management system (iBMS), Smarthome to meet the Energy Efficiency and Green Building Standards. Five years since its establishment, IBS has achieved its target as rising up to Southeast Asia market by opening the first oversea office in Singapore in May, 2011. By the end of 2012, IBS had owned 3 indigenous offices (Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh and Quang Ngai) và been active in 3 international markets (Singapore, Cambodia and Poland).
As a pioneer in automation, IBS constantly strives to bring about the most advanced technologies as well as researchs, develops and applies these technologies to suit current conditions in Vietnam. In order to achieve this, IBS main mission is to become a overall system integrator with products and services that help extend the life of the project, save costs and improve the safety of all projects – whether it’s a power plant, hospital, office building, shopping center, luxury apartment or even your own home.
Since 2015, IBS has been involved in building and industrial construction. Only after short time, IBS has affirmed its position and brand by participating as an EPC contractor of a series of projects of many different fields such as high building towers, EPC contractors for steel, mining and wind power projects, etc. Up to now, IBS with holistic competency, has carried out more than 200 major projects in Vietnam and over the world.
2016 saw exceptional milestones achieved in venturing into three monumental and challenging projects:
Besides, IBS was trusted to be the EPC contractor of the key ODA project “Upgrading Saigon water supply system” (Sawaco) funded by Asian Development Bank with a full phase total investment of up to USD 150 million.
Up to now, IBS is still the only Vietnamese contractor capable of deploying full scope of EPC from Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Commissioning of the largest scale wind power plant in Southeast Asia at the awarded time. It’s expected that there will be development activities of IBS with the series of renewable energy projects expected to be implemented in the near future.
IBS is a leading company in Vietnam in the area of mechanical engineering, shipbuilding and super-weight equipments for industrial projects and export. IBS Lisemco has built cooperation and partnerships with most of the world’s major industrial firms such as GE, Siemens, Hyundai, Nippon, Thyssenkrupp … and IBS Lisemco’s products have been exported to almost all international markets such as Japan, Europe, America, Central Vietnam, Australia, etc. and are highly appreciated by the quality organizations and international clients.
